Look at the “Reference points” group at the top. If Cloudflare, Google and Apple are silent too, it's your connection, not the services — the app says so directly.

Numbers jump between checks

That's normal: response time depends on the network, the service's load and which node answered. Look at the order of magnitude, not the exact milliseconds.

How to add a subscription link

Open the VPN tab and paste the link your provider gave you — or just open it on your iPhone if the provider sent a link for the app. On first connect iOS asks to add a VPN configuration — tap Allow.

The VPN turns itself back on

That's the «Держать VPN включённым» (keep VPN on) setting: if iOS stops the tunnel or the network changes, the system brings it back. The «Отключить» (disconnect) button in the app really turns the VPN off. If you don't want this, switch the setting off in the «Ещё» tab.

Connected, but sites don't open

Try another server from the list and refresh the subscription. If that doesn't help, send us the log: it shows the step where things stopped.

How to delete

Delete the app the usual way — check results, the subscription link and the log go with it. iOS removes the VPN configuration together with the app.
